Adam focuses on software and technology-enabled services companies across various verticals, namely cloud applications and general business services. He is based in Boston and joined Bain Capital Ventures in 2018.

Prior to joining Bain Capital Ventures Adam worked in growth equity, operations and investment banking. Most recently, he was on the growth equity team at Kayne Anderson, a $25 billion private equity firm in Los Angeles, where he made and sourced investments in enterprise software and services solutions across the United States and Canada. Previously, Adam lived in the Bay Area and spent time at both a multi-stage venture firm and on the business development team of an advertising technology startup, which Google acquired. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York.

Adam is an active alum at the University of Pennsylvania. He is Chair of the Penn Arts and Sciences Ambassador Council and is on the Wharton MBA Career Management Employer Advisory Board. He also volunteers with the Combined Jewish Philanthropies in Boston.

Adam received a BA in English with honors from University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in management from the Wharton School. He is originally from New York.
