Erin Wise

Business Manager, Boston

Erin joined Bain Capital Ventures in 2002. As the Business Manager for Bain Capital Ventures, Erin is responsible for the firm’s administrative and operational activities. She works closely with the management teams of the Bain Capital Ventures portfolio companies as well as acting as a liaison between the firm and its Bain Capital affiliates. Erin is responsible for event planning for the internal group, investors, and senior management of portfolio companies. She represents Bain Capital Ventures on several projects, including the recent opening of the Palo Alto office and the Boston office relocation to the John Hancock Tower. Prior to Bain Capital Ventures, Erin was Executive Assistant to the CEO and Executive Vice President of iBasis, global leader in international voice solutions. Prior to iBasis, she was the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Allyn & Bacon, a division of Pearson Education.

Erin attended the University of Massachusetts, Boston. She is an avid music lover who is constantly looking to discover new artists to add to her iPod library. Erin is an active supporter of the arts and how they can benefit inner city youth in and around her neighborhood. She is also working to create the perfect organic green drink. Erin lives in Jamaica Plain with her husband and two daughters.
