Bain Capital Ventures is the Boston-based venture capital affiliate of Bain Capital, which has approximately $67 billion of assets under management worldwide. Founded in 1984, Bain Capital and its affiliates have made more than 300 investments. Our investments tend to range from several hundred thousand dollars of seed capital up to $50 million of equity capital. We have the capability, through partnering with other Bain Capital affiliates, to lead transactions requiring equity capital in excess of $100 million.
